KappAloy™ soft solders for Aluminum to Aluminum, Copper or Brass are designed to minimize the heat applied to your parts while producing a strong consistent joint. They begin melting at just 390°F (199°C). This low melting temperature allows you to use a variety of heat sources. In addition, these low temperatures help to retain the properties of your dissimilar parts and minimize heat damage to adjacent electrical or electronic components. These solders are ideal for thin Aluminum sheets, tabs or wires being soldered to Aluminum or Copper connectors or wires.

KappAloy15™ - 85Tin/15Zinc Solder for Hand Soldering Aluminum to Aluminum and Copper
Starting at: $15.00KappAloy15™ is the 85% Tin/ 15% Zinc solder. In hand soldering Aluminum to Aluminum and/or Copper parts, this solder may give you more flexibility. It has a melting range of 390°F to 500°F and 199°C to 260°C. This slushy temperature range allows you to manipulate your parts, before the solder solidifies completely during cooling. Learn More -

Starting at: $10.00LIQUID Kapp Golden Flux™ has been designed specifically for soldering Aluminum to Aluminum and Copper wire pigtail splices, and for Aluminum to Copper, Brass or plated terminals and hot dip coating of Aluminum cable connectors. LIQUID Kapp Golden Flux™ is designed to flow well and draw the solder into tight butt and lap joints. Conversely, it is designed to flow, so use Kapp Golden Flux™ PASTE on sheets, tabs and connections where fluxing action is over a limited area.
