KappFree™ - THE Lead-free Cadmium-free Potable Water Solder

KappFree™ solder is THE Lead-free Cadmium-free formulation designed specifically to replace Tin-Lead solders in Copper, Brass and Stainless Steel plumbing applications. KappFree™ provides less joint strength, vibration resistance and thermal cycle fatigue resistance than KappZapp™ solders, so is used less often in high pressure or very cyclical heat exchangers.

1/8” diameter wire
This is most popularly used for standard plumbing installations and repairs.
Use with Kapp Comet™ Flux.

½ lb spool for plumbing and stainless steel installations and repairs. Use with Matching Comet™ Flux.

1/16” diameter wire
Smaller diameter for smaller pipes, fittings and projects. Use with Matching Comet™ Flux.
